Terms of Service

The service

Seinbaken publishes video content to social media platforms on your instruction. You connect the accounts you own, you upload your content, and you choose where it goes. Seinbaken is operated from the Netherlands.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Seinbaken. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at once at hello@seinbaken.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Your content

Your content remains yours. You grant Seinbaken only the permission needed to store your content and transmit it to the platforms you select. You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you publish through the service, including music, footage and any likeness that appears in it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Seinbaken to publish unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of others, or content that violates the rules of the platform it is sent to. You may not use the service to operate accounts you do not control, to run engagement or spam schemes, or to circumvent the technical limits of any platform. We may suspend accounts that do so.

Third-party platforms

Seinbaken depends on the APIs of TikTok, Meta, Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn and others. Those platforms set their own rules, rate limits and availability, and they can change them without notice. We cannot guarantee that a post will be accepted or that a platform will remain available through our service, and we are not responsible for actions a platform takes against your account.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices include VAT where applicable. If we change prices, we will notify existing subscribers by email before the change applies to them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Seinbaken available and reliable, but the service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Seinbaken and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless the law prevents us.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
